"Seeing is Believing" is a score composed by Alan Silvestri that plays in the 2004 film, The Polar Express. The first half plays after the Hobo hints to Hero Boy that the events of him riding the train are all just a dream and when they ski down the passenger cars to get to the locomotive. The other half is from when the Conductor, the children, and the elves all watch Santa Claus fly away in his sleigh to deliver the presents.

It is also featured on the official soundtrack as the seventh track. It is the first piece of score on the album. It is also the sixth track and on the official score album.

An instrumental of the song, "Believe" is heard at the end. The second half of the score is shared with another piece of score, "Believe/Do You Believe in Ghosts/Approaching Flat Top Tunnel".
